"I first visited Naji Malak in 2016 having been signed off work with stress. I was diagnosed by my GP as reactive depression and hyper vigilance following a traumatic life event. I suffered with insomnia, anxiety and low moods. Having been to see a CBT therapist and found those sessions made my symptoms worse. I was signposted to Naji.
